This Photography Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

ANLOU LIGHTWORKS LLC, represented by Anna Lutsenko
(hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer”)

and

Client Name: ______________________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”)

Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Services

The Photographer agrees to provide a photography session under the following conditions:

Date & Time: ______________________________
Location: agreed individually between Photographer and Client
Duration: 50–60 minutes (depending on location and session type)

The session includes photography services, outfit guidance, and professional editing. Outfit guidance will be provided after the deposit is received.

For studio sessions, the shooting time may be limited to 50 minutes due to studio rental restrictions.

Any changes to the date, time, duration, or location may be agreed upon via written communication (text message, email, or messaging apps) and shall be considered part of this Agreement.

2. Deliverables & Photo Selection Options

The Client may choose one of the following options (please select one):

☐ Option 1 — Photographer-Selected Favorites
The Photographer will select 35 images for editing.
The Client will receive 35 edited images, as well as all original images (after removal of duplicates, technical errors, and unsuccessful shots, approximately 180–200 files), delivered within 7 days after the session.

Additional edited images may be purchased at a rate of $5 per image.

☐ Option 2 — Client-Selected Favorites
The Client will receive all original images (after removal of duplicates, technical errors, and unsuccessful shots, approximately 180–200 files) within 7 days after the session.

 

The Client will have 30 days to select 35 images for professional editing from the online gallery (Selection Period).

 

The Photographer will deliver the edited 35 images within 7 days after receiving the Client’s selection.

 

Additional edited images may be purchased at a rate of $5 per image.

Gallery Storage:
The online gallery will be available for 30 days. The Client is responsible for downloading and securely storing all files within this period.

Gallery extension is available for $50 per additional 15 days upon request before expiration.

3. Payment

Total Price: as agreed per booking
Deposit: $100 (non-refundable)

The deposit secures the booking and covers preparation, consultation, and session reservation.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable.

The Client may reschedule the session once with at least 10 days’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 10 days before the session are subject to Photographer availability and are not guaranteed.

Weather Conditions (Outdoor Sessions Only)

In the event of rain or unsafe weather conditions, either party may request a reschedule. The final decision regarding weather suitability will be made by the Photographer.

Weather conditions are assessed up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If the session is cancelled due to weather before this time, the Client may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a refund of the deposit.

If the Client has already arrived or is en route and weather conditions make it impossible to complete the session safely or with acceptable quality, the session will be either rescheduled or partially credited at the Photographer’s discretion.

Weather-related changes do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

5. Session Policy

The Client agrees to arrive on time.

Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time without compensation.

The Photographer is not responsible for lost shooting time due to Client delays.

6. Copyright & Usage

Images are provided for personal use only.

Permission must be obtained from the Photographer for any other use, including commercial use,

resale, or alteration.

7. Portfolio Use & Privacy

The Photographer will not use the images publicly without the Client’s permission.

The Photographer may request permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes. The Client is under no obligation to grant permission.

8. Editing Style

The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and editing style.

 

All images will be edited in the Photographer’s signature style, including professional natural high-quality color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and overall image refinement to achieve a cohesive look.

 

Light skin retouching is included where necessary and may include minor blemish removal, temporary skin imperfections, and under-eye adjustments while maintaining a natural appearance.

 

Additional or advanced retouching is not included in the standard package and will be charged separately. This includes, but is not limited to, object removal, background alterations, replacing or changing colors, or any significant image manipulation beyond standard editing.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Photographer shall not be held liable for:

• Delays or issues caused by the Client

• Location restrictions or limitations

• Studio time restrictions (if applicable)

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to deliver the images due to circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

11. Acceptance

By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
